We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Medical Product Division Sale Team in Taiwan. In this role, you will be accountable for achieving the sales forecast and provide clinical case support to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities- Develop profitable sales opportunities, proactively make sales calls
- Develop new business to align with Gore business needs
- Ensure the KOL management, market data collection, etc., are effective, build, maintain and defend long-term customer relationships
- Ensure the cooperation with other product specialists are active and constructive, to achieve team goals and objectives
- Implement value pricing principle, be a value seller, skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniques
- Implement Gore’s product strategy, understand the needs of the customer
- Provide case support for aortic procedures or clinical studies, including responding to emergency calls and physician inquiries
- Establish, maintaining, and supporting appropriate procedures within the quality system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of nursing, pharmaceutical, biomedical science or related discipline.
- Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area
- Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience to this environment.
- Be able to work in or demonstrate an understanding of the imperatives of a business environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen, high integrity and capable
- Ability to travel extensively up to 50% and attend weekend conferences as required
