Position Vacant: Advertising Store Officer
Function: Trade Marketing
Location: Port Moresby
We have an immediate requirement for an Advertising Store Officer, reporting to the Channel Development & POSM Manager in Port Moresby, to play a key role in the effective management of the Advertising Store and warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely issuance and distribution of promotional materials and point-of-sale asset, and efficient logistics support for sales and commercial activities across the business.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Advertising Store and warehouse, ensuring promotional materials are stored safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations to ensure stock integrity and accountability
- Coordinate the timely issuance, dispatch, and distribution of promotional materials and point-of-sale assets to sales teams and customers nationwide
- Monitor stock levels and provide timely recommendations for replenishment to support commercial and trade marketing activities.
- Ensure all asset movements are accurately tracked and documented to maintain visibility and control of trade marketing assets.
- Support trade marketing campaigns by coordinating the preparation, packing, and deployment of promotional materials.
- Prepare inventory, stock movement, and asset utilization reports to support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support for promotional and point-of-sale assets and brand activation activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or higher level of education
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in Warehouse and Inventory
- Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Basic store keeping and inventory skills
- High level or integrity and honesty
