QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, including business partnering experience.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive people-focused business solutions.
  • Digital savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR Information Systems, and people analytics.
  • FMCG experience will be an added advantage.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies that enable business performance and organisational success.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on talent, performance, organisational effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, recruitment, and workforce planning initiatives across the business.
  • Facilitate organisational development and change initiatives that enhance employee engagement and business effectiveness.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and build leadership capability through coaching and development interventions.
  • Partner with leaders to create an inclusive, high-performing, and engaging work environment.
  • Leverage people insights and analytics to support decision-making and drive organisational outcomes.
  • Ensure effective management of employee relations matters while promoting a positive employee experience and minimising business risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, governance, and service delivery.
