Home & Facility Repairs
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to preserve and improve the physical condition of homes and buildings
- Handle general plumbing repairs — water heater issues, leaking faucets, toilet components, and more
- Complete carpentry tasks such as replacing door locks, hanging doors, tightening cabinet hardware, and installing blinds
- Address basic electrical needs including replacing receptacles and identifying breaker and main cutoffs
Community Upkeep
- Inspect and maintain common area amenities — including laundry facilities, playgrounds, and recreational equipment — to ensure they’re safe and fully operational
- Maintain vacant sites, including strap-downs and general site readiness
Safety & Standards
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the safe operation of vehicles and machinery
- Maintain clear, legible written records and reporting for completed work
- Be available for on-call support outside regular business hours when needed
What You Bring
- Hands-on knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic and great interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills — you’ll interact with residents regularly
- Sound judgment and the confidence to make good decisions in the field
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills, including email
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
