We are currently hiring for three full-time school-based positions supporting students in a collaborative educational environment. Whether you have experience in education, behavioral support, human services, or simply have a passion for helping others succeed, this is an incredibly rewarding opportunity.
Available PositionsDerry Middle School
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:55 AM – 2:30 PM
Derry Elementary School
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:50 AM – 3:10 PM
Derry DEEP Program
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 2:50 PM
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students throughout the school day.
- Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals as directed by the classroom teacher and school team.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support classroom instruction and encourage student engagement and independence.
- Assist with transitions, classroom activities, and daily routines.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and supervisors.
- Maintain student confidentiality and follow school policies and procedures.
- Help students build confidence, independence, and successful learning habits.
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, education, healthcare, or human services is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow classroom and behavioral support plans
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting students as needed
