SummaryCoordinates and supports the Strategic Initiatives of PHSC. The position provides assistance to multiple programs by performing advanced level duties involving planning, administering and reporting for the management of the area.Note: Job Description pending final approvals by the Strategic Leadership Team.

- Provide administrative support to the Institute for Nursing and Allied Health Advancement.
- Provide administrative support to the sponsoring and authorizing of PHSC’s charter schools.
- Assist the Director of Strategic Initiatives and other Administrators with data-based reports.
- Coordinates the daily operations of the initiatives.
- Monitors compliance with PHSC policies and procedures.
- Collaborates in the creation, implementation and updates of the website as needed.
- Coordinates and supports program review efforts by providing guidance and consultations, ensuring quality and timely completion, assisting with data needed, and collecting, reviewing, and distributing reports.
- Type, proofread, maintain file copy of handbooks, manuals, catalog and web pages created by the Institute.
- Ensure agreements and contracts are maintained and updated to be current and relevant to the strategic initiatives being coordinated, bringing any needs or discrepancies up with the Director of Strategic Initiatives for proper coordination and course of action.
- Processes various forms of travel, purchasing, budgets, textbooks, etc.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and supplies.
- Assigns tasks, determines priority, and monitors progress of assignments throughout completion.
- Creates and administers surveys and provides technical support for users.
- Represents the Institute on college committees as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, mathematics, engineering, philosophy, computer science, administration or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Three years of office or department coordination experience.

- Ability to travel within and outside the Pasco and Hernando Counties for meetings, conferences, and relevant partnership development activities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS

- Master’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Two years of experience in management or coordination.
- Experience developing strategies and initiatives based on specific objectives.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategic alliances.
