Warranty & Claims Specialist - NorwayOsloFull-timeProduction / Manufacturing / Processing - Automobile sales and servicesResponsibilitiesAbout the Role As XPENG continues to grow in Norway, we are strengthening our Aftersales organization with a Warranty & Claims Specialist. This role is responsible for managing warranty cases and claims processes across our retail and service network, ensuring accurate handling, compliance with XPENG policies, and efficient resolution of technical and customer-related cases. You will act as a key link between our service partners, internal teams, and XPENG headquarters, supporting the warranty lifecycle from claim submission to reimbursement and analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. This position plays an important role in ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the Norwegian market, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Warranty Case Management - Manage warranty claims submitted by service partners and ensure they comply with XPENG warranty policies and procedures - Review documentation, labor times, and parts usage to validate warranty claims - Submit and track warranty claims toward XPENG headquarters - Ensure timely resolution and reimbursement of approved claims - Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation Difficult Claim Resolution - Handle complex or escalated warranty cases requiring detailed review and coordination - Work closely with technical teams, service partners, and HQ to resolve difficult claims - Ensure fair and consistent claim handling while protecting customer satisfaction and company interests - Support dispute resolution related to warranty coverage and claim decisions Dealer & Service Partner Support - Support the service network with guidance on warranty policies and claim submission procedures - Provide training and support to service partners regarding warranty processes and systems - Act as a first point of contact for warranty-related questions from retailers and service partners - Monitor claim quality and provide feedback to improve submission accuracy Claims Analysis & Reporting - Monitor warranty trends, recurring technical issues, and claim patterns - Prepare reports on warranty costs, claim volumes, and operational performance - Support root cause analysis together with technical and quality teams - Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes and cost control Cross-Functional Coordination - Work closely with Aftersales, Technical Support, Finance, Parts, and HQ teams - Coordinate with HQ regarding claim approvals, special cases, and policy updates - Support recall campaigns, service actions, and quality improvement initiatives - Assist in developing warranty policies and operational procedures for the Norwegian market Process Improvement - Help improve warranty processes, claim workflows, and system usage - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements - Support digital tools and reporting related to warranty managementQualificationsQualifications - 2–5 years experience in automotive warranty, service operations, claims management, or technical support - Experience working with dealer networks or service partners - Understanding of automotive warranty processes and service operations - Strong analytical and administrative skills - Experience working with CRM, ERP, or warranty systems - Strong Excel / data handling skills - Fluent in Norwegian and English Experience with Norwegian consumer laws, automotive regulations, and warranty-related legislation is highly advantageous. Experience from automotive OEMs, importers, or dealer organizations is also considered an advantage.
