The Senior Project Manager leads high-impact, cross-functional marketing initiatives that help shape how UCLA Health connects with patients and communities. In this role, you'll partner with teams across strategy, analytics, creative, digital, omnichannel marketing, and more to deliver complex projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
As a leader within our Marketing Project Management Office, you'll help drive process improvements, establish best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Salary Range: $100,170 - $218,715/annually

We’re seeking a talented individual with:
• A Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, required
• Project Management Certificate (PMP) and/or Six Sigma, Lean or equivalent project management experience, required
• 10+ years in project management, 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, required
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Effectively prioritize work and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience planning and managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at once.
• Experience tracking project progress, communicating updates, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of how individual projects support broader business goals and organizational strategy.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners.
