- Develop and deliver sales presentations and training materials to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with the HR team to hire and train a high-performing team of indirect sales representatives to build a capable and motivated sales force.
- Oversee team members by tracking their sales performance, attendance, attitude, and cash liquidity to ensure they meet the company’s standards and expectations.
- Evaluate staff performance monthly to provide feedback, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Deal with clients to meet their requirements and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Visit locations served within the area to maintain a presence and address any on-site concerns or opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual sales objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the e-payments industry.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
