Position Summary / 职位概述
We are seeking an experienced Tooling Engineer to support tooling development from product prototype through mass production. This role is responsible for tooling design, process improvement, automation development, supplier management, and continuous cost and quality optimization. The successful candidate will leverage strong mechanical design expertise to improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1. Design and develop cutting tools, assembly fixtures, jigs, and automated machine structures.
负责切削工具、装配治具、工装夹具及自动化设备结构的设计与开发。
2. Create and maintain tooling designs using NX, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG, and Pro/E.
熟练运用NX、AutoCAD、SolidWorks、UG及Pro/E等软件完成工装设计。
3. Improve process capability through tooling and fixture optimization utilizing DOE, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies.
运用DOE、Six Sigma及SPC等工具优化工装和夹具设计,提升制程能力。
4. Develop prototype tooling to support new product introduction during EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
在EVT、DVT及PVT阶段开发样机工装,支持新产品导入。
5. Qualify tooling suppliers and conduct supplier audits to ensure product quality and lead-time performance.
负责工装供应商评估及审核,确保质量与交期满足要求。
6. Drive tooling cost reduction initiatives and improve tool life performance.
推动工装降本项目并提升工装使用寿命。
7. Develop and implement fully automated and semi-automated manufacturing solutions.
开发和导入全自动及半自动制造解决方案。
8. Establish tooling design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
建立工装设计标准、设计规范及最佳实践。
9. Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
分析并解决工装及设备问题,推动根因分析与改善措施落地。
Qualifications / 任职要求
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in tooling design, machine design, or related manufacturing engineering disciplines.
5年以上工装设计、机械设计或相关制造工程经验。
2. Strong proficiency in NX software.
熟练使用NX软件进行设计开发。
3. Solid experience with 2D and 3D CAD design tools.
熟悉二维及三维CAD设计软件。
4. Ability to create and interpret engineering drawings.
能够独立阅读及制作工程图纸。
5. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and machine structures.
具备扎实的机械结构设计理论及应用经验。
6. Good knowledge of electronic control systems and troubleshooting techniques.
熟悉电气控制知识并具备故障分析能力。
7. Experience with DOE, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies.
熟悉DOE、Six Sigma和SPC等持续改善工具。
8. Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management systems.
熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系。
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
