Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a business development or technical leadership role within a cloud service provider (CSP).
- Experience in managing enterprise sales involving Commercial clients and Public Sector/Government-linked entities.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience in navigating the market landscape in two or more of the following markets: Singapore, Greater China Region (GCR), South Korea, or Australia/New Zealand.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, and the ability to articulate value propositions for advanced data and AI workloads.
- Ability to identify common tech stack requirements across various sectors (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing) and apply cross-industry solutions.
- Immediate, strong connections across target markets, including enterprise leaders, innovation centers, and high-growth digital ventures.
- Familiarity with regional data sovereignty, security frameworks, and local industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Go-To-Market strategy across assigned regional markets. Identify emerging market trends, target verticals, and growth drivers to establish deep industry credibility.
- Conceptualize, launch, and drive cross-industry campaigns that address shared enterprise challenges and showcase scalable Cloud/AI capabilities.
- Build and nurture a strategic ecosystem of ISVs, SIs, and domain-specialized partners to create turnkey solutions that accelerate time-to-value for customers.
- Identify successful local or vertical wins and package them into repeatable, cross-industry playbooks and industry solutions for expansion into commercial markets across the region.
- Build trusted advisory relationships and make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution providing best practice advice to customers to optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
