Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
- Experience with programming (e.g., SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Extensive experience at a strategy or boutique consulting firm.
- Knowledge of supply chain (e.g., semiconductor or hardware).
- Proficient understanding around technical server components/assembly.
- Ability to communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent business partnering, influencing and presentation skills.
- Proven success in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level, while being organized, detail-oriented, and strategically focused, with the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the Global Strategic Sourcing and Silicon Operations (GS3O) team in Technical Infrastructure in the annual planning process through subject matter expertise and targeted decision support.
- Partner with the Global Commodity Management (GCM) and Supply Chain Risk teams on strategic supplier/vendor selections to enable the end-to-end hardware component roadmap and optimize CapEx/OpEx cost structures.
- Lead financial reviews with executive leadership in GS3O and Technical Infrastructure Finance, and lead core financial processes such as Long-Range Plan (LRP) CapEx forecasting and spend approvals.
- Create and track key performance metrics and goals to measure financial and operational performance; design and build rigorous analytical tools to streamline and automate reporting.
- Manage and track major elements of the financial planning and analysis budget, supporting custom silicon CapEx savings goals and monitoring variances.
