What do You bring as Graduate Trainee Jr. Application Technology Executive
- Ensure efficient and effective frontline customer technical support under close supervision of experienced Account Manager
- Implement standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements
- Cooperate with Technology and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs
- Conduct continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology perspective and provide support the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs
- Support assigned projects to provide defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards - monitored by OFC team
- Support technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
- Accurately report on above mentioned activities
- May deal with external technical partners, market partners and service providers within the area of responsibility
- Cooperate with technology counterparts within the group
- Support overall regional/BU sales strategy and objectives
- Support various inter-company projects
- Product development & Management
What You can expect as Graduate Trainee Jr. Application Technology Executive
Are you interested ?
- Related University degree (e.g. Printing, Chemistry or science)
- First experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.)
- Experience in printing ink and printing application would be an advantage
- Good communication skill
- Good English and computer skill
