Responsibilities
- Support recruitment operational activities such as candidate sourcing coordination and interview arrangements
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes including contract issuance, document verification, medical examination coordination, work pass processing, system setup, and logistics.
- Manage operational support for Non‑Traditional Source (NTS) workforce, including coordination of travel and accommodation where applicable.
- Manage probation confirmation processes in partnership with line managers.
- Monitor fixed‑term contracts and manage renewals in compliance with local legislation.
- Ensure effective and compliant offboarding processes, including statutory notifications and work pass updates.
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Sezame, and local HRIS.
- Produce timely HR reporting, metrics, and dashboards to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
- Participate in HR / HRIS enhancement projects, automation initiatives, and process optimization activities.
- Support internal and external HR audits
- Advise line manager and employee on HR policies & procedures
- Site engagement (i.e. visit / station at assigned sites) for face-to-face interaction
- Manage and support employee relations matters (e.g. ER cases, PIP, cessation, retirement, issuance and communication for warning cases) and liaison with union
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 6 years experience in HR Operations covering full spectrum
- Knowledgeable in local employment rules and regulation
- Independently manages assigned business sites and HR projects
