HSE Officer We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. You will drive safety excellence, shape health and environmental practices, and ensure every colleague goes home safe each day. Your expertise will build a culture where safety and sustainability go hand in hand. What You'll Do - Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies aligned with regulatory requirements and company standards. - Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective actions. - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence. - Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and site-level HSE implementation across multiple projects. - Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. - Deliver engaging HSE training sessions to raise awareness and build competence across the organization. - Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into business decisions. What You Bring - Minimum 12 years of experience in health, safety, and environment roles within engineering or infrastructure sectors. - Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety. - Professional certification such as NEBOSH or IOSH is preferred. - Deep understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices. - Proven experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risks and develop practical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Location Gurgaon, India — On Site. You will work from our office and coordinate regularly with project sites to ensure consistent HSE implementation across all locations.
