Principais Responsabilidades:
- Criação de materiais visuais para eventos e treinamentos, garantindo a consistência da marca;-
- Auxilio nos programas de treinamento;
- Acompanhamento e controle dos pagamentos dos eventos e treinamentos, garantindo o cumprimento do orçamento e
o pagamento das despesas relacionadas no sistema Ariba e contato direto com time financeiro, compras e fiscal ; controle via transações no sistema SAP;
- Auxilio na execução de eventos estratégicos, workshops e treinamentos.
Requisitos:
-Estudantes de Publicidade e Propaganda, Finanças, Marketing ou Administração de Empresas;
- Graduação à partir de Dez/2027;
- Estudar no período noturno ou ead;
- Disponibilidade para estagiar das 9h às 16h na região da Vila Mariana - Zona Sul;
- Excel Básico a Intermediário (Procv, Formatações Básicas e Condicionais);
- Inglês Básico a Intermediário;
Diferencial:

- Canva Intermediário
- Inglês
