CCI is looking for SAP Technical Team Lead – Financials (FI/CO) who will lead and own system design, development, configuration, change requests and rollouts as per CCI current and future business requirements.
In this role, you need to have hands on expertise of SAP FICO-TRM business processes configuration and development. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. The role combines technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination across Finance processes.
What We Expect:- Lead SAP FI/CO technical deliveries including enhancements, integrations, and rollouts; ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions.
- Evaluate business needs and create requirement specifications based on architecture, design, detailing of business processes
- Coordinate with Finance business teams, SAP functional teams, digital product teams and external vendors to ensure service quality and delivery excellence
- Develop configure business processes for CCI’s current or future requirement or as per legal/statutory changes
- Analyze patterns in recurring issues, identify root cause and drive it’s resolution
- Interface with vendor team to ensure proper program quality, ticket escalation and issue resolution
- Effectively manage, monitor, and control solution delivery process
- Orchestrate technical and business discussions relative to future architect
- Propose technical design in respective domain area
- Contribute to transformation initiatives (ie RISE) and drive process optimization, automation, and scalable solution design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- 8–10+ years SAP experience, including strong FI/CO focus
- Proven experience in technical lead or team lead roles
- Multiple end-to-end SAP project implementations
- Involvement in multiple end-to-end cycles of SAP FICO with S/4HANA in system configuration and implementation projects SAP cross module integration experience
- Cross-module integration knowledge (MM, SD)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Effective stakeholder and vendor Management
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in developing rollout strategies
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs (preffered)
- SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA certification (preffered)
