Candidates must have
Initially, this will be a part-time position.
- Preparing property condition reports,
- Providing project monitoring services including design document review, construction monitoring, problem identification and resolution, and preparation of detailed reports, and
- Procuring and managing subconsultants as needed
Candidates must have
- Experience preparing property condition reports,
- Experience providing project monitoring services,
- Experience managing design and construction of private real estate projects,
- Advanced computer skills, and
- Experience writing clear and easy to understand reports.
Initially, this will be a part-time position.
