Owner’s project management firm seeks Project Managers for projects in Northern New England. Candidates will have over ten years’ experience managing building projects. This position will have responsibilities during the pre-construction, construction, and occupancy phases of their projects.

Candidates must have experience
- As a Project Manager responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts),
- Managing projects with values of at least $15 million,
- Managing projects on behalf of owners, either as employee or consultant,
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules,
- Administering design agreements and construction contracts,
- Evaluating change orders for merit and value,
- Utilizing electronic project management software,
- Providing conceptual estimates, and
- Working closely with client personnel to successfully manage projects, including preparing regular reports and making presentations to senior management.
The Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field,
- Experience managing project for one or more Federal agencies,
- Experience managing projects that involved meeting LEED and SITE criteria,
