Owner’s project management firm seeks Project Managers for projects in Northern New England. Candidates will have over ten years’ experience managing building projects. This position will have responsibilities during the pre-construction, construction, and occupancy phases of their projects. 
 
Candidates must have experience
 
  • As a Project Manager responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts),
  • Managing projects with values of at least $15 million,
  • Managing projects on behalf of owners, either as employee or consultant,
  • Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules,
  • Administering design agreements and construction contracts,
  • Evaluating change orders for merit and value,
  • Utilizing electronic project management software,
  • Providing conceptual estimates, and
  • Working closely with client personnel to successfully manage projects, including preparing regular reports and making presentations to senior management.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field,
  • Experience managing project for one or more Federal agencies,
  • Experience managing projects that involved meeting LEED and SITE criteria,
Experience working in remote locations.
