Build and maintain the BMS documentation system, including drafting process standards, SOPs, and technical documentation. Deliver non-production environment tasks, including environment setup, account and access management, and troubleshooting assistance. Communicate daily with overseas SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) teams and follow up on ongoing tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative team mindset. Highly goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
