We have an exciting ERM Team Member opportunity in our Texas operations. In this highly impactful role, you will be assisting the Environmental Supervisor in the daily monitoring of lagoons and lagoon levels. Assists in the maintenance of equipment associated with the lagoons, such as sprinklers, pumps, and motors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist coordinators in pumping procedures including paperwork and scheduling.
- Oversee routine maintenance on company equipment
- Apply extensive knowledge of sprinkler systems and troubleshooting of irrigation motors.
- Ability to trouble shoot and knowledge of small motors
- Set up pumping equipment including but not limited to moving pipe, setting up risers, setting up reel rains and motors.
- Perform soil, water, and lagoon effluent sampling at company sites
- Operate machinery for solids separation and compost process.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or 1-3 months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos preferred. Ability to write simple correspondence preferred.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred but not necessary.
- A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is commonly exposed to airborne particles and gases at low concentrations. The employee is frequently exposed to waste material, feed, and hog dust.
