Sr. Network and Data Center Engineer

• Design, implement, and support enterprise routing and switching infrastructure for customer projects.
• Architect and deploy SD-WAN solutions to meet customer connectivity and performance requirements.
• Architect and deploy Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, with particular focus on AppGate.
• Design and implement Cisco SD-Access architectures for campus and branch environments.
• Design, deploy, and support advanced Cisco ACI environments, including multisite and multipod architectures.
• Design and implement broader data center technologies, including compute, storage networking, and virtualization-related networking.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) strategies for customer environments.
• Provide technical leadership on pre-sales activities, including solution design, bill of materials, and technical proposals, in collaboration with the sales team.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including low-level designs (LLDs), high-level designs (HLDs), and as built documentation.
• Lead project implementation and act as the escalation point for complex network and data center troubleshooting.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Stay current with emerging networking and data center technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive, hands-on experience (7+ years preferred) in enterprise networking and data center engineering, ideally  within a system integrator or professional services environment.
• Deep expertise in enterprise routing and switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, spanning-tree, VXLAN).
• Proven, hands-on experience with SD-WAN design and deployment.
• Proven, hands-on experience with ZTNA solutions, specifically AppGate.
• Strong experience designing and deploying Cisco SD-Access.
• Advanced expertise in Cisco ACI, including multisite and multipod design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of data center technologies, architectures, and best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing DR and business continuity strategies.
• Relevant certifications strongly preferred, such as CCNP/CCIE Enterprise or Data Center, AppGate certification, and Cisco ACI-related certifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with customers.
