Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solar Installer to
join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for end-to-end installation of residential solar projects,
ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and company
standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to
detail, and the ability to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per
the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Handle material shifting and site readiness
• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and
earthing • Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and
post-installation documentation
