The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering and construction projects, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned projects, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, budget, schedule, quality, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, contractual requirements, and company procedures.
- Manage project risks, changes, and resource allocation.
- Oversee construction activities, inspections, testing, and acceptance of completed works.
- Review and validate project documentation, progress reports, and completed work volumes.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and all project stakeholders.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in project management within engineering, construction, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of project management principles and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- English language proficiency (Intermediate level or higher).
