Overview:

Join Xerox's Global Spend Management (GSM) team as an Analyst I, Vendor Management – IT Sourcing, where you'll support the procurement of IT products, software, cloud services, telecommunications, and technology-related services across global regions. In this role, you'll partner with IT, Finance, Information Security, Legal, and Procurement teams to deliver strategic sourcing solutions, optimize supplier performance, and ensure compliance with global procurement standards. You'll play a key role in enabling business operations through efficient sourcing, contract management, and supplier governance.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage sourcing and procurement activities for software, hardware, cloud services, telecommunications, and other IT-related categories.

  • Execute end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFx events, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract recommendations.

  • Process and validate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for technology-related purchases.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, software renewals, and licensing agreements.

  • Perform spend analysis and prepare reports that identify savings opportunities and procurement trends.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegated authority requirements, and governance standards.

  • Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and issue resolution.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes and improve procurement efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and provide sourcing support for global IT initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent procurement experience may also be considered.

  • Minimum of 3 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably supporting IT categories such as software, hardware, cloud services, or telecommunications.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and procurement lifecycle processes.

  • Experience supporting global stakeholders within a shared services or multinational environment is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role supports US and Canadian stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in spend analysis and reporting.

  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or procurement platforms like Ariba is highly preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across global teams.

  • Willingness to work a US shift supporting global IT stakeholders.
