ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and maintain courses, including online as well as face-to-face courses as assigned in all three DPT programs;
Participate in service activities including SHP, university, and professional committees as well as community service; and advise students.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic doctorate (i.e. PhD, EdD, DSc, etc.) in physical therapy or related field. Licensed PT in the U. S. and eligible to be licensed in Texas.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience as a clinical specialist with expertise in integumentary rehabilitation and/or orthotics and prosthetics (O&P), as well as two or more years of teaching experience in DPT programs or related fields.
Established expertise in teaching and learning in online environments is a plus.
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
