Your Job

The Senior HR Project Specialist is responsible for leading teams to deliver HR and HR Technology initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and HR transformation across China and the APAC region.

This role partners with business leaders, HR leveraged capabilities, HR technology, finance, external vendors, and global stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, define solutions, and deliver projects that create long-term value.


What You Will Do

Lead HR Transformation & Strategic Projects

·       Drive cost estimating, project planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and successful execution.

·       Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.

·       Support HR transformation, service delivery optimization, system implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Partner with Stakeholders to Create Value

·       Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes.

·       Influence decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

·       Analyze current processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.

·       Apply economic thinking to evaluate opportunities, project priorities, and expected outcomes.

Enable Sustainable Change

·       Support adoption of new technologies, processes, and application of AI to more effectively deliver projects and create value

·       Promote and adopt ways of working through effective change management and communication.

·       Share project management best practices and lessons learned to strengthen organizational capability.

·       Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

·       Strong experience leading complex projects within HR, HR Technology, Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, or related functions.

·       Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders applying project tools such as MS Office Products such as Teams and project administration software such as SmartSheet.

·       Proven problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.

·       Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver results in a matrix environment.
