Internal Control team of ByteDance focuses on the risks and challenges faced by global business operations, supporting business stakeholders in establishing appropriate internal procedures to safeguard the development of our business. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential risk based on business strategy, organizational development goals, workflows, and the data lifecycle of systems.
- Participate in designing appropriate control measures (policies, processes, systems, etc.) and continuously monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct impartial oversight and assessment of material incidents in business operations, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Continuously refine risk identification and response techniques using data models, AI models, and other technologies to establish industry best practices.
