Meta is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to support the Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing high-priority strategic programs, with a near-term focus on scaling our glasses seeding strategy across partners, tentpole moments, and priority verticals. You will operate in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment, translating leadership priorities into scalable playbooks, durable partner frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Set and drive priorities and operating cadence to deliver against partnership and seeding objectives
* Own the strategic seeding roadmap, with an immediate focus on operationalizing and scaling the glasses seeding program across regions, verticals, and tentpole events
* Design, pilot, and scale program models (playbooks, governance, toolkits) that enable repeatable execution and partner activation at scale
* Build and manage relationships with internal leadership and cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Hardware, Marketing, Comms, Legal, Policy) to align on strategy and unlock execution capacity
* Train colleagues across XFNs on glasses onboarding tactics to ensure a successful seeding experience for partners
* Develop and maintain external partner frameworks that support seeding logistics and tracking across creators, athletes, public figures, and institutional partners
* Create concise executive-ready materials (briefs, decision memos, talking points) to support rapid decision-making and leadership alignment
* Act as a nimble operator, shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution as priorities evolve
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, management consulting, or executive-level program leadership
* Experience building and scaling programs into repeatable, measurable operations
* Proven ability to influence and execute with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments
* Experience translating complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
* Experience in partnerships, media, sports, entertainment, or creator ecosystems
* Demonstrated ability to improve operating cadence and execution at scale across multiple markets or regions
* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
* Track record of operationalizing hardware or product seeding programs with external partners
* Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve program effectiveness
