Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in cloud-native architecture roles.
- Experience with cloud, on-premises, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience with enterprise productivity software and power applications.
- Experience in coding, systems design, live demos, and technical workshops.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an AI-related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise productivity, identity, and endpoint management.
- Experience building and deploying agentic AI automation solutions.
- Experience in establishing cross-pillar solutions and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Knowledge of Gemini enterprise, differentiators, and enterprise data integration.
- Track record of scaling technical enablement and mentoring Customer Engineers regionally.

- Identify Go-to-Market (GTM) opportunities, resolve blockers, and overcome technical objections across LATAM.
- Deliver briefings, PoCs, and Request for Proposals (RFPs)/Request for Information (RFIs) to build enterprise trust.
- Architect Workspace and Gemini Enterprise solutions for complex workflows.
- Educate stakeholders on agentic capabilities and third-party data connectors.
- Guide partner tech strategy to pitch and scale Workspace innovation and drive enablement, guide regional customer engineers, and align with sales leadership.
