Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and prepare shipping documentation for all import and export shipments.
- Coordinate and ensure timely registration of key certificates such as Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin (for exports), Import Permits, Sanitary Certificates, and Food Safety & Hygiene Certificates (for imports).
- Declare and manage customs clearance procedures in collaboration with internal team and 3PL.
- Monitor the delivery of import & export shipments to ensure smooth delivery processes and on-time arrivals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, ensure transparency in communication, and maintain efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Preferred Competencies:
- Majoring in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Passionate about import & export operations, logistics, supply chain management.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills; highly organized and proactive.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and transparency in work processes.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data preparation and analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in Power BI is a plus
