You will coordinate design projects, ensure high-quality engineering documentation, and help deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and business expectations.   In this role, your expertise in 3D modeling, detailed engineering drawings, and design quality will directly contribute to successful new product development (NPD) and cost/productivity engineering (CPE) initiatives.   Working closely with global engineering teams, you will drive design excellence, improve processes, and help shape the future of hydraulic fluid conveyance solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate small to medium complexity design projects, ensuring high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models are delivered on time and aligned with project requirements.
  • Perform final quality reviews of engineering drawings and models to ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and Danfoss drafting practices.
  • Collaborate with product engineering, application engineering, and cross-functional teams across regions to support product development, engineering changes, and product compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including design automation opportunities, productivity improvements, and quality enhancement activities.
  • Mentor and support team members while contributing technical expertise in GD&T interpretation, engineering documentation, and design best practices.
What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution with good acamedic records.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience using UG NX and Creo for component modeling, assembly design, and detailed engineering drawings.
  • Experience interpreting technical specifications, industry standards, and product validation data to independently create engineering documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering change management processes, and PLM systems such as Teamcenter.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with fluid conveyance products such as hose fittings, quick disconnect couplings, or related hydraulic products will be highly valued. Exposure to SAP processes, Lean/DMAIC methodologies, global engineering teams, and process improvement initiatives is also beneficial. What You'll Get from Us
