We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Payroll Professional to join our team in Brazil on a temporary assignment. In this role, you will own end-to-end payroll processing for Brazil, with a strong emphasis on accurate, compliant, and on-time payroll calculation. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders in Finance and Human Resources and act as a trusted point of contact for employees on all payroll-related matters.
What You’ll Be Doing- Execute end-to-end Brazilian payroll processing for salaried, hourly, and expatriate employees, ensuring calculations are correct, complete, and delivered on time.
- Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor, tax, and social security regulations (e.g., CLT, eSocial, INSS, FGTS, IRRF).
- Partner with internal stakeholders — particularly Finance and HR — on payroll inputs, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll questions, resolving inquiries promptly, clearly, and with a service-oriented mindset.
- Monitor payroll processes, identify discrepancies or risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Bring creativity and innovation to continuously improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation.
- Support audits, internal controls, and ad hoc payroll projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive, hands-on knowledge of Brazilian payroll legislation, calculations, and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience managing payroll for salaried, hourly, and expatriate employee populations.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal stakeholders, especially Finance and Human Resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain payroll topics clearly to employees.

- Payroll experience in Chile, Argentina, and/or Colombia.
