Customs Clearance Manager-Malaysia亚罗牙也全职海外业务板块职位描述Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end import and export customs clearance operations for automotive CBU vehicles, CKD kits and spare parts in Malaysia. Manage full-set customs documentation, tariff classification, duty & tax declaration, and official customs system operations. Ensure full compliance with the Malaysian Customs Act, local trade regulations and international shipping standards. Coordinate customs inspections and resolve logistics and clearance issues to support daily import and export operations as well as internal and external audits. Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end Malaysia customs clearance for CBU (Completely Built-Up) vehicles, CKD (Completely Knocked Down) assembly kits, and automotive spare parts, covering import, export and local customs transit procedures. 2. Prepare, verify and submit full sets of import/export customs documents, including Customs Declaration Form, commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill (BL/AWB), Certificate of Origin (COO), insurance certificate and other supporting documents required by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. 3. Ensure full compliance with the Malaysian Customs Act, Excise Act, Sales & Service Tax (SST) regulations and international trade rules. Conduct accurate goods classification and assign correct HS tariff codes, and maintain consistent classification standards for automotive parts and CKD components. 4. Track real-time shipment and customs clearance status. Liaise and coordinate daily with Royal Malaysian Customs officers, freight forwarders and logistics vendors. Resolve all clearance exceptions, including documentary audits and physical inspections (green / yellow / red channel) to ensure smooth and timely cargo release. 5. Maintain complete and accurate records of import/export duties, excise tax and SST. Manage statutory permits and licenses including MITI approvals, KASTAM permits and import/export licenses. Retain all audit-related documents to support customs audits, tax audits and internal company audits. 6. Proficiently operate Malaysian official customs systems including Customs Information System , eCustoms and Dagang Net. Complete online declaration, document submission, data amendment and record filing. Prepare regular customs clearance and import/export activity reports. 7. Perform accurate calculation of import duties, excise tax and SST. Keep updated on Malaysian tariff structures, trade restriction policies, and automotive CBU/CKD import regulations. Provide trade compliance advice and support internal control and audit activities.职位要求Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in customs clearance, trade compliance or logistics operations. 3. Candidates with automotive industry working background are strongly preferred. 4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, capable of using both languages as daily working languages.投递
