Factory Admin Officer - Malaysia亚罗牙也全职海外业务板块职位描述Job Summary Responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the Malaysia KD (Knocked-Down) manufacturing project. Coordinate daily plant operations, attendance administration, logistics support, project documentation, and cross-functional communication. Ensure accurate document control, smooth coordination between headquarters and the local team, and timely support for production, quality, customs, and compliance activities to facilitate efficient plant operations. Responsibilities Manage daily attendance administration for local employees and expatriate staff, including attendance records, leave applications, overtime records, payroll-related documentation, and attendance filing. Coordinate daily plant administrative and logistics activities, including employee accommodation, transportation arrangements, office supplies, PPE inventory, visitor management, and administrative support for expatriate employees. Organize, maintain, and archive project documentation, including production work orders, PDI defect records, vehicle inspection reports, customs documents, JKDM declaration supporting documents, and other operational records. Prepare and consolidate daily operational reports, production reports, vehicle rework records, material exception reports, meeting minutes, and maintain project document version control and filing systems. Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, logistics, customs, and other internal and external stakeholders to support daily plant operations and ensure smooth KD project execution. Assist the Operations Manager in preparing supporting documentation for customs inspections, OMV vehicle approvals, KD compliance declarations, government audits, and other operational activities. Provide bilingual (Chinese-English) communication and translation support for daily operations, meetings, documentation, and business correspondence. Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing operations, plant administration, logistics coordination, project administration, operations support, or related functions. Candidates with automotive or manufacturing industry working experience are strongly preferred. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, capable of using both languages as daily working languages. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong document management, coordination, and communication skills. Familiarity with Malaysian labor regulations, manufacturing operations, customs documentation, or government compliance processes is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.职位要求--投递
