Senior Manager of EU Market Access慕尼黑全职咨询 / 法律 / 教育 / 科研 - 律师 / 法务 / 合规职位描述Enterprise Access:
1. Study the latest EU knock-down factory investment policiesof designated global markets.
2. communicate and cooperate with EU governments to lead the knock-down factory establishment processs.
Product Access:
1. Support building the database of state-of-art EU Automotive regulations, policies and taxes.
2. Forcast the trends of EU vehicle related regulations and policies, support R&D department establish product compliant solution of next generation products.
3. Communicate with EU Technical Services and related test labs to plan and coordinate local homologation and test activities.
After-sales:
1. Support the communications and public relationship works about market surveillance of our products (vehicle, components) and services (AI, automated driving, data services, etc.) with local government.
职位要求Education/Experience：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or other related fields.
2. Above 10 years' experience in vehicle homologation or automotive compliance area, have EU-WVTA /UNECE proejcts related experience is a must, have other complience project experince suah as CE/REACH / GDPR is a plus.
3. Have connections with EU automotive authorities, aassociations and technical services.
Knowledge：
1. Proficiency in EU homologation and vehicle complicane knowlegge, have a deep undersatnding of EU legislation & regualtion system, UNECE regulation system and other automotive reuglaitons and policies.
2. Good professional automotive knowledge, especially in the ZEV and ADAS fields.
Skills and Competencies：
1. Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
2. Self-motivated & learning, target driven.
3. Proactive and creative.
4. Excellent homologation project management skill and ability to work under pressure
