F&B Service Associate

• Welcoming customers and helping them in taking orders while courteously addressing their inquiries.
• Preparing and serving food and drinks following standard guidelines.
• Keeping all assigned areas clean and organized.
• May also be assigned to other duties such as replenishing of stocks in the service area, etc. that may be performed before, during and after their meal service.
• Provides hands-on support to the supervisors and bussers in all areas of their assigned duties.
• Handles guests' complaints

Requirements

• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Experience preferred in other recognized five-star hotels / resort / casino properties local or abroad.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Customer service oriented

• Flexibility on work schedule; Shifting, working on holidays
