Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Commercial Roofing Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, churches, schools, industrial facilities, and business owners to schedule free commercial roof inspections for our sales representatives.
This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your primary responsibility is to build rapport, qualify prospects, and set qualified appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to commercial businesses and property owners.
- Identify and speak with decision-makers responsible for roofing and building maintenance.
- Schedule qualified roof inspection appointments for our sales team.
- Follow a proven call script while maintaining a natural, professional conversation.
- Overcome common objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Update customer information and appointment details in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects as needed.
- Meet daily call, conversation, and appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer and CRM experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
