Supervise all rigging and lifting activities at site in compliance with QatarEnergy and international safety standards.

Review lifting plans and ensure all lifting operations are properly risk assessed and authorized.

Coordinate with engineers, HSE teams, and crane operators for safe execution of lifting jobs.

Inspect rigging tools and lifting equipment, ensuring valid certification and readiness.

Lead the rigging team and ensure safe work practices are implemented and followed.

Report incidents, near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in rigging and lifting supervision within the Oil & Gas sector.

Must have valid TUV/Third-party certification for rigging supervision.

Familiar with QatarEnergy standards and procedures (preferred).

Strong knowledge of lifting plans , load charts, and rigging hardware.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
