The role requires exceptional artistic ability, strong visualization skills, and proficiency in industry-standard architectural design software.
Key Responsibilities
Create quick and accurate architectural hand sketches during client meetings and the conceptual design phase.
Develop approved design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
Produce 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings.
Prepare visually engaging presentations for client proposals and project reviews.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine and communicate design concepts effectively.
