Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via telephone and other electronic means, and at customer locationsAssist customers in deploying Siemens EDA's Calibre software to solve design challengesSupport design and verification on PDK, DRM, post-tape out flow (mask), using Calibre softwareTrack and update customer issues using defined Siemens EDA's processes and tracking toolsDevelop and deliver technical training on new features and product updatesDevelop technical content for Siemens EDA's knowledge baseCommunicate customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales teams
Job Qualifications
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with customersGood understanding of custom/ASIC design flow and physical verificationVery strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in a programming languageKnowledge of competitive EDA tools and products in the area of physical implementation, physical verification is highly desiredBachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science, M.S preferred
