You will work alongside top-notch engineers and product teams to test, design, implement, and deliver highly ambitious products and integrations, while learning cutting-edge QA practices. 

The Associate Test Engineer (Automation) supports application platforms in the Engineering department. This role is critical to overall program success, with aggressive timelines and direct impact on our customers. You will gain hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools and modern automation frameworks. 

 

You’llmake an impact by 


  • Develop and maintain AI-assisted test scripts from functional and technical designs, leveraging Gen AI tools for faster script generation. 

  • Execute test cases, log defects, and maintain test documentation using intelligent defect tracking systems. 

  • Investigate defects for root cause, applying AI-powered analysis for faster resolution. 

  • Collaborate with senior QA engineers to implement self-healing test frameworks and AI-driven test data generation. 

  • Learn and apply AI-first testing strategies, including automated regression and functional testing. 

  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a dynamic work environment. 

  • Track defects to closure and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent work experience. 

  • 0–1 years of experience in software testing or development. 

  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, and web programming. 

  • Exposure/Strong Inclination in AI-powered testing and emerging Gen AI QA platforms. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

 

Technologies 

  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java/Python). 

  • Familiarity with any one or more databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres). 

  • Testing frameworks (Junit/TestNG). 

  • Version control tools (Git/SVN). 

  • Build tools (Maven or Gradle).
