1. Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
2. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
3. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and other project stakeholders.
4. Monitor material delivery status and logistics activities.
5. Maintain logistics records, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
6. Assist in resolving project and logistics-related issues.
7. Support meetings, prepare minutes of meeting, and follow up action items.

Your defining qualities:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point for data management and analysis.
• Good communication skills in english and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
