You'll make an impact by
- You support the planning, coordination and tracking of event-related workstreams, assisting from the first preparation steps to the successful follow-up of each event
- In collaboration with the team, you help coordinate rooms, catering, technical setup and on-site logistics, ensuring that workshops, customer visits and events run smoothly
- Additionally, you communicate with internal experts, speakers and service providers, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned on responsibilities and timelines
- Furthermore, you assist in preparing agendas, workshop materials and PowerPoint presentations, making sure all documents are up to date and easy to access
- Finally, you help improve operational processes by updating templates, identifying bottlenecks and supporting a professional organization of AI Lab activities
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in business administration, event management, communications, innovation management, technology management, hospitality management or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- First hands-on experience in organizing events, workshops, projects, or team activities
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Curiosity about AI, technology, and innovation, even without a technical background
- Ways of Working: You are highly organized, proactive, reliable, and enjoy working independently as well as with diverse stakeholders
- Languages: You have clear and confident communication skills in both German and English
