Supervisor – Facility Management

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- supervising day-to-day facility management operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
- monitoring and coordinating maintenance activities for building systems, including AHUs/AC units, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other related services
- leading, training, and managing facility staff and service providers to ensure effective service delivery
- ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment is properly registered and updated in the EAM system
- conducting regular facility inspections to identify maintenance, repair, and safety requirements
- reporting inspection observations through the defined system protocols and ensuring timely corrective actions to prevent potential failures
- ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards related to facilities and infrastructure
- planning and overseeing preventive planned maintenance (PPM) programs to minimize operational disruptions and extend asset life
- managing complaint logs and service requests to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues
- maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, equipment inventories, and compliance documentation
- assisting in facility budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost-control initiatives.
- monitoring utility consumption and implementing energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- supporting space management, office relocations, and workplace setup activities
- investigating facility incidents, accidents, and equipment failures, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- ensuring emergency preparedness by maintaining response plans and coordinating facility-related emergency activities
- managing maintenance store inventory and ensuring timely replenishment of required materials
- supporting asset management, inventory control, and disposal activities.
- preparing periodic reports on facility performance, maintenance status, utility consumption, and operational metrics
- collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to address facility needs and improve workplace services.
Requirements:
You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, maintenance, or building operations.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team and manage work pressure.
- willingness to work in shifts as required.
- proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems.
- good knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and preventive planned maintenance (PPM).
