Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner – Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the
strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise identity and authentication capabilities. The Product Owner
will work closely with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders
to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable identity
solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a solid understanding of IAM
technologies, cybersecurity principles, and Agile delivery methodologies. This role is responsible for
driving continuous improvement of identity services while aligning security initiatives with business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage the product roadmap for Identity & Access Management (IAM) services.
● Define product vision, strategy, and business value for authentication, authorization, and identity
governance capabilities.
● Gather and prioritize business requirements from internal stakeholders and customers.
● Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
● Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver IAM capabilities using Agile methodologies.
● Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams to define
secure identity solutions.
