· Support Molex MPS plants in China region, project management during New Product Introduction (NPI).
支持Molex集团MPS 事业部在中国区域公司新产品导入项目管理。
· Support the company and its affiliates in Suzhou.
协助本公司在苏州关联公司
· Establish project team after business award and implement AQP or develop process from kick off to project launch.
在赢得业务机会后，组织建立项目团队，按照AQP或者开发流程的要求实施新项目导入直至规模量产。
· Primary interface with customer leadership for an extremely dynamic, fast-moving program. strong executive level communication and “buffering” to keep the project team focused on execution.
引导与客户的前期对接，并敏捷跟进，通过有效的执行和沟通来带领项目团队实现目标。
· Program risk and resource management.
项目风险及资源管理。
· Maintain Program adherence to regulations and quality requirements.
保持项目遵守相关法律法规和质量要求。
· Ensure appropriate processes, tools and methodologies are applied effectively.
确保适当的项目管理流程、工具和方法得到有效应用。
· Follow EHS related laws, regulations and company's EHS related management regulations, timely report potential risk, and propose safety improvement suggestions; For management position, be responsible for EHS management of the department/team.
遵守环境和职业健康安全相关法律法规，遵守公司环境和职业健康安全相关管理规定，及时上报身边安全隐患，并提出安全改进建议；若为管理岗位，需负责本部门、团队的环境和职业健康安全管理。

Function Demands
岗位要求
Required必需：Bachelor 本科
Preferred优先：Master 硕士
Required必需：
· Fluent English in both written and spoken, good communication and negotiation skills.
良好的英文口语和书面沟通，良好的沟通协商技能。
Preferred优先：
· PMP certificate.
PMP资格认证。
Required必需：
· At least 5 year experience in project management.
至少5年以上的项目管理或相关的工作经验。
Preferred优先：
· Medical project management experience.
医疗项目管理经验。
· Injection molding or automation experience
注塑模具或自动化经验
