Key Accountabilities:
1) Production Management
Formulate and implement tiered production plans, operate Galileo MES and complete SAP data backflush; oversee daily production, equipment maintenance, QC, manpower, utilities and cost management to secure on-time order fulfilment. Consolidate production data, deliver analytical reports, and resolve on-site operational issues with the team.
Collaborate with sales, procurement and QA to roll out S&OP via regional support, attend monthly S&OP reviews on planning, shift roster and capacity. Optimize resource allocation and inventory to hit ≥98% OTIF and prevent stock imbalance amid volatility.
2) Maintenance Management:
Responsible for maintenance management, including preventive maintenance, spare part/ inventory management, maintenance cost optimization with operation team to enhance equipment reliability.
Tracking maintenance activities as per PM plan and unexpected repairing, coordinate external service to maintain well whole plant facilities and utilities.
3) Operation Excellence (OPEX):
Responsible for regular reporting of operation KPIs such as Cost Saving in Quimeo system, Production KPIs in power apps, Quality KPIs in power apps, Production & Energy input in Evotix 360, Kaizen project update monthly, One Point Lesson update monthly.
OPEX tool development such as skill matrix, SQC, Smart Operation, Visual management, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), Performance Management, Assessment tool with supporting from regional OPEX team.
Make annual action plan per conclusion of previous year and regional industrial roadmap. Prepare and attend regional monthly industrial meetings for reporting and performance review. Coordinate all related industrial audit planned and organized by Group/Regional.
4) CAPEX:
Gather production-related Capex demands, prepare application materials and participate in project review for budget approval, Responsible for Capex project management working closely with general manager. (Feasibility study, Solution designing, CER preparation, Procurement, Implementation, and Commissioning, Capex acceptance and booking).
Support Country Leader and Regional industrial team to develop 5 Years plan and budget according to Group requirements.
5) EHS:
Guarantee EHS to comply with requirements of national / local laws and regulations. Implement Calderys EHS management system including policy, protocols, procedures and guideline. Conduct corrective actions with monthly gap analysis and assessment;
Deliver routine periodic EHS activities including site inspections, toolbox talks, Gemba walks, incident investigation and Evotix360 documentation; run safety campaigns, risk assessments, annual emergency drills and hazard monitoring to control workplace risks.
Promote safety awareness and build positive EHS culture with guidance of Group and regional level to achieve SCMM target with actions taken;
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Country Leader
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering or Science, major in refractory production, material science and engineering, chemical engineering or related majors are preferred.
Experience & Industry Exposure
15+ years industrial working experience, 8+ years production management experience in managerial position;
Strong EHS awareness, knowledge and experiences. Prefer to have international companies working experiences with good understanding about EHS management system and implementation on shopfloor.
Profound knowledge of production process, equipment and machines, maintenance management, quality control and management etc.
Related experience in refractory industry is preferred.

Skills and Competencies
Computer skill is a must to use Microsoft office tools for reporting and presentation.
Fluent English in both communication and business presentation
Strong team leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Hard-working, able to adapt to workshop working environment and work pressure.
Be able to observe and mitigate the industrial operation risks proactively
