- Supervise the day-to-day inbound returns operation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure returned stock is received, inspected, and processed accurately.
- Monitor productivity and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate reporting and operational records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve returns processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 2–3 years' supervisory or team leadership experience within a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment.
- 2–3 years' logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience.
- Experience managing inbound operations or returns processes.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
