Roles & responsibilities
•Own and coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational support for the team, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, tracking action items, managing follow-ups and supporting timely closure of recurring team activities.•Act as the central point of contact for your team, you are a sparring partner for the entire range of topics in daily business•Working closely with the Planning & Resourcing team that involves preparing various reports on a frequent basis also working on planning system and tools•Support in streamlining operational processes, identifying recurring inefficiencies, standardizing trackers and improving the way team-level information is captured, monitored and reported.•Extraction of various reports from the reporting system and auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports•Administratively, various systems support you in managing team To-do's and Timesheets and creating reports•Prepare clear, accurate and well-structured reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership review, team discussions and stakeholder updates.•Complete admin and operational duties as requested by the (Sr.) Managers, AMs and/or team•Maintain governance trackers for team operations, hiring, onboarding, Open PD, feedback, training, overtime, timesheet compliance, headcount, and other operational priorities.•Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting models to provide visibility over key operational metrics, compliance status, pending actions, trends and exceptions.This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Any graduate, bachelor with 2 years of minimum Exp & Master with 1 year of Minimum Exp.•Additional certification or learning exposure in project management, Lean / Six Sigma, data analytics, Power BI, advanced Excel or process improvement will be an added advantage.Work experience
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations support, PMO coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, data management or business support roles.•Prior experience in a Big 4, professional services, shared services, GDC or audit support environment will be preferred•Experience in stakeholder coordination and reporting•Experience managing trackers, dashboards and operational governance•Exposure to Power BI, MIS reporting and process improvement
